Deception 101: The Delphi Technique of group 'consensus' = Psy-op [pt1]

First in a [planned] multi-part series describing the mind control/group programming & control method called the 'Delphi' technique, commonly used to deceive and manipulate one's thoughts/beliefs, via group-think [etc]. The technique uses willful deceit and powerful social (group) psychology phenomena, in order to brainwash and deceive groups and masses; it is used in public education, in policy and resource management, and property development meetings, and in shaping policy regarding local or community resources, (land, water, etc.). It is also used in 'social media' like Facebook, etc, and in the process of establishing 'politically correct', denoting a shared consensus re: topics or behaviors/thoughts/attitudes, we supposedly all accept. This is also a main technique by which UN Agenda 21 is implemented in steps, via community-level 'action' groups--deceptively robbing us of our resources and property rights, and private property, in order to accomplish their world-wide system of government and socialist authoritarianism... These and many other examples show evidence of the insidious methods and results as described herein. It is all around us, every day--watch and wake up! to the deceptions being purveyed to and through you, often without recognition on a conscious level...yes, it's that sinister...
