How to disable "System and Compressed Memory" in Windows 10 - Tech Tutorial

This tech tutorial explains how to disable "System and Compressed Memory" in Windows, a common cause to 100% disk usage on modern windows systems. If your disk is constantly reading and writing files and you can see its 100% or when idle, above 10% something is wrong and this is the solution to fix this issue when System and Compressed Memory takes too much juice from you CPU and hard drive disk (HDD) or solid state disk (SSD).
