Update: I received reports some victims were refunded by PayPal. Better late than never!

Unscrupulous sellers are making fake websites, desirable products are then advertised through social media, payment is made through PayPal.

A cheap, almost worthless product is sent instead... according to PayPal rules it must be returned with tracking. This may end up costing more than the original item price. As one internet commentator said, "the seller wins".

PayPal are incapable preventing these scams, so you are on your own.

Be careful! Don't be fooled!!
