Even if you do everything perfectly health wise, falling and breaking an important bone makes your skeletal system far less healthy. Today, many who exercise get overuse injuries. Rarely do you see a lifter who has zero musculoskeletal problems. I propose that most of the exercise modern humans do is not healthy. The body is not designed for many of these activities. In this video, I talk about how our ancestors moved, if they exercised, what they did, and how to exercise for optimal health.
