In this tutorial you will learn how to customize your excel footer stats according to your need.

This becomes very handy when you need to analyze big data and with big data becomes big responsibility of analyzing it like calculating average, minimum and maximum variables and much more.

Here in this video i have demo mock data where sales are given. We want to analyze these sales data according to our need. So here what we want to find in sales data;

1. Average of sales.
2. Minimum number of sale by an employee.
3. Maximum numbers of sales by an employee.

Therefore to analyze above, we can see statistics in excel footer as mentioned in the video above.

Steps;

1. Open your worksheet
2. Select column you want to analyze
3. Scroll down and right click on excel footer panel as described in the video above.
4. select an option which is suitable for your own need.

Afterwards you will see different variables like average, minimum,maximum , numerical and non-numerical value. cell count etc.
