A Thousand Obscure Reviews About Key Lime Pies For 11 Years - Who´s Behind It?

Someone has spent several years posting strange messages about “Captain Kutchie’s Key Lime Pies” all over the internet. KLP literally wrote thousands of reviews about one single restaurant. It was even unclear, if the restaurant even exists. The user praises the key lime pies and the Goody Goody cheeseburgers served at Kutchie´s Key West Café. The poster also claims that people from all over America go there to just eat the key lime pie. In his other posts he mentions that the restaurant is run by Oswald and Anita Pelaez and that it’s located in Asheville, North Carolina. The posts include puns and wordplays, even with an intimate undertone on some of the posts. Googling “Kutchie’s key lime pie” will give you hundreds of posts from that one person. The large number of bizarre posts has led people on 4chan and Reddit to speculate about the identity of the poster and the purpose of the comments, wondering if it’s a crazy person, a troll, a bot, or a conspiracy.

I also want to really stress on the fact that most of the posts from KLP after 2016 are most likely fabricated by copycats and therefore fake. I forgot to stress on this more in the video. This makes it obviously even harder to solve this mystery, because no one really knows if KLP really is posting or not.
