Transfer learn in weather images

This is a transfer learn tutorial , for classify weather images. This tutorial is based on Python , TensorFlow , And Vgg19 - Transfer learning. We will use pre trained model on a transfer learning method using a weather dataset.

We will use convolutional neural network paradigm for this image classification problem. In order to shorten the training process we will use a Vgg19 model. It is based on Tensorflow and Keras
