Sorry, but Linux is a freaking joke when it comes to "switching" a serious workflow over with any ounce of expectations in mind. If OS maintenance and tweaking and distro-hopping if your hobby, then I'm sure it's a good time, but when you need your computer to just work and things to work as intended - no way a professional video editor or daily content creator should ever do this to themselves. I needed to get this off of my chest.
