Bring Back Steam Old Ui | 100% Working

This is an updated version on how to bring back the old User Interface from Steam, after the latest update steam removed the option to use the older UI but with this method you can still do it.

Shortcut Command 1: -forcesteamupdate -forcepackagedownload -overridepackageurl http://web.archive.org/web/20230531113527if_/media.steampowered.com/client -exitsteam

Shortcut Command 2: -vgui -noverifyfiles and -nobootstrapupdate

steam.cfg: BootStrapperInhibitAll=Enable BootStrapperForceSelfUpdate=False
