Wallpaper Engine on Linux without Steam!

The Workshop Content Downloader website isn't working anymore, but you can still grab content that was previously downloaded before Steam disabled workshop downloads. Also, I've noticed a few wallpapers don't work with the plugin, but it seems like most of them do.
