The Triad forces barricaded themselves in a canyon that's cut off from the outside world.

Attack from the air is not an option: they have a robot which will shoot down any aircraft you can use, not to mention the budget cuts, due to which you can't even afford one to begin with.

Thankfully, you have "borrowed" some pretty impressive digging equipment from General Darian: he tried to evade your shots using it.
