Small map that reminds of classic FATE02. We go through same set of places twice, with it being more difficult the second time.
The room with red key is where you gotta be careful: it is more cramped than it looks and a demon can push you against the wall very easily. Wires on the floor are a great idea to add detail.
The gray sky that's being shown through very small holes in the ceiling is a cool idea. At first it seemed to me that those are moving clouds from first Quake!
Overall design relies on simple but efficient compositions and high variety of rooms: each of them is different enough from the other to prevent one from getting lost. You wouldn't get lost if there was a choice where to go, but there isn't: it is pretty linear.
Room with the exit is designed to be the most memorable, with its red hanging flage, 45 degree staircases and sharp windows on the ceiling.
Room with the chaingunners and hell knights gets changed on your second visit, allowing you to finally take these blue health vials.
The battles are extremely difficult, requiring a lot of retries until you figure out what to do.
