The final part of this restoration is the replacement of the antenna system. Original antennas for this radio are extremely hard to find (and expensive). However, I managed to find replacement antennas for the Eton 750/Grundig Satellite 750 on the market, and adapted these to fit this Sony. The 'push-to-release' system used here is a really a cool feature of this model, so I just had to reproduce it. I think it worked out quite well. See for yourself.
