White Noise Attempt 2. (Digital)

We all fail sometimes, this does work, but the sample is horrible and very random as I just picked a rom with the most random noise I could find.

I even built one before that, failed horribly as well, so I think I'll go either with a HUGE memory and a faster timer, or with a CPU and a random generator, OR...just do it analog next time. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dh2CrhO66kU
