Finish works with foundation foot, mix concrete to fill up blocks. One day, one man work. I did not use any specific ratio, to mix sand and cement, just around 6:1, by my feeling. 2019, January 2. Typically we must have one feet snow layer, at this time, I am lucky that weather allowed me do this work.
