What is Motivation and How Do You Keep it?

Motivation is one of those things that a lot of people seem to struggle with keeping. What is motivation, where does Motivation come from and how do you find it?

Motivation is simply obtained by understanding WHY you do the things you do. Some people are motivated to do some things but not on others.

The reason people procrastinate is because either they don't know their "why" and reason for doing it, or it is not strong enough or isn't with their desire or fit their current life situation.

Also aside from that, lot of people want to get "out of the rabbit hole" but I believe it is more important to embrace the journey the rabbit hole is bringing you and understand the moment you are in.
