Major Update Breaks Xmonad On Arch Based Linux Distros

XMonad (and Xmonad-Contrib) released a huge update back in October of last year. They moved from version 0.15 to 0.17. This was exciting news. But those of us running Arch-based distros never got 0.17...until now. And FYI...it's like that your old 0.15 config will not work with 0.17.
