Using a 3D printer to Renovate An Antique Bandsaw
Design Prototype Test
Reuploaded because of video quality issues. I acquired an Antique Duro Bandsaw from the 1950's. It wasn't working very well, but nothing was wrong with it. The last guy just did a poor job renovating using incorrect parts and an under powered motor. By printing a pulley and a neat E-stop switch, I've been able to run it through it's paces and figure out the wiring. Pretty cool to see this old beauty working again thanks to some modern technology.
