The Question I Want To Ask Elon Musk

All rigid hierarchies no matter how perfectly meritocratic will eventually rot if they stagnate. Tesla is currently an organization with the most talented people in the world working there, and working hard. What happens if/when that company stops growing organizationally? Can Tesla remain such a wonderful beacon of technological progress toward a better future for humanity if Elon is no longer steering the ship?
