It’s the horrifying moment a rookie cop shoots at a dog and kills a woman. Maggie Brooks, a mom of three, was shot in the chest by a police officer in Arlington, Texas. The cop was responding to a call about an unconscious woman. Turns out, Maggie was lying on a blanket in the shade with her dog. When the officer approached, the dog came running, and 25-year-old Officer Ravi Singh opened fire. Now, Maggie’s kids keep asking for their mom, and her family says they don’t know what to tell them.
