An interesting genetic problem

This is a genetic engineering problem that caused me some issues. It's an unusual one so it's interesting. I talk about the problem, the diagnosis and the solution.

Since the video was made the new primers have been made, used and the product tested. The primers designed in the video worked and fixed the issue so now it's time to move on to the next interesting problem.
