Operative Foster was dispatched to the London Transit Station where the main culprit for the outbreak was attempting to flee. When Intel arrived that he had fled, orders changed to destroy the Transit System as it had turned into a Clone breeding ground. He was instructed to rupture the power core to cause a large enough explosion to eliminate all signs of life in the station. Unfortunately, Mr. Foster had lost contact with HQ after the core destabilized. Cleaner Crews were sent to search the aftermath for Mr. Foster's body.
