I'm gonna be showing how to make this fun effect the right way!

You'll need Audacity and you're required to use Full Bucket's Frequency Shifter before applying the audio effect sequentially, so here's the preset available to download: https://tinyurl.com/unvisualised

In Avidemux, go into the video navigation on the top and then go straight to the filters. After exploring the colours category, apply the effect "Remove Plane" and remove the Y plane but leave the U and V planes alone.

One optional thing before applying the video effect afterwards in Avidemux if you want is to resample FPS with the new frame rate 60 FPS and the type of interpolation "Blend".
