So this is an impromptu First Amendment audit of The Dalles police station's public lobby in Oregon. I have a bike that was left in front of my apartment complex for 2 weeks then moved to the dumpster in front of the complex that I've decided to take ownership of but want to confirm that the bike has not been stolen so I'm taking it to the police station.
