Amazon Fire TV 4K Audio Sync Issue Fix.

This is a fix for some that use the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K and are experiencing Audio Sync issues while watching certain channels. This has been tested while on WiFi and not using an Ethernet Adapter and a wired connection. I did not use any video example due to copyright strikes.
