Raspberry Pi Robot HAT Part 1

Design of the Raspberry Pi Robo HAT.

After a disapointing trial of the Waveshare PCA9685 uHAT, I decided to try and build a board more suited to a robots needs. Most of my robots don't have much spare room, so I needed to get as much as possible that is useful onto the board. This is a wish list in order of most important to least. Items at the top of the list must be present, while items near the bottom of the list are optional.

1. Conforms to the Raspberry Pi Foundations specifications for a Hardware Attached on Top (HAT).
2. Provision for a 4 pin head to supply 5V, Gnd, I2C_SCL and I2C_SDA that is 5V tollerant.
3. Contains a MPU6050 Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU).
4. Contains a PCA9685 16 channel LED/Servo driver.
5. Servo power supply MUST be seperate to the Raspi and other IO power.
6. Contains 4 or more INA219 current sensors.
7. Contains 2 ADS1115 4 channel 16 bit Analog Input Devices.
8. Contains 1 MPR121 12 channel capacitive touch sensor.
9. Contains 1 PCF8574 8 channel digital IO expander.

In this video I get the Raspi header, the ID_EEPROM, MPU6050 and the PCA9685 on to the board
