3090 Thermal Pads - Overheating Core / Vram

We noticed that some 3090 cards from Gigabyte turbos are overheating on the core and vram. Our other 3090 and 3080 cards dont have this issue. After taking a look at our cards we noticed that the screw became a little loose. Tightening the screws fixed the problem.
