How to recognize a scam ICO - Is Lovar a Scam?

We wanted to put out a video and show some of the red flags we can across while researching a project who wanted us to do a review for them. The project name is Lovar, the website is GONE, the Twitter is silent, and the LinkedIn profiles have been changed. Here are some things for you to watch out for, and the reason why we turned them down.
