How to Use xPollinate to bridge BSC USDC ETH to Polygon with Under $1 Fee

I will show you how to use xPollinate to bridge Binance Smart Chain based USDC or ETH to Polygon Network with $1 Fee using xPollinate Bridge. xPollinate support bridging from Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Fantom, Gnosis Chain, Moonbeam, Moonriver, and Fuse to any one of those chains. These are all Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) based chains. The Cross-Chain Transfer is very easy. I will be paying like $0.57 in fees at the time of bridge. This changes few cents up or down.

Here are the steps on how to Convert from Binance Smart Chain to Polygon. This is same for Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Fantom, Gnosis Chain, Moonbeam, Moonriver, and Fuse chains.

First connect your MetaMask wallet with funds you want to cross chain bridge. Currently Bridge tokens are USDT, USDC, DAI, ETH, BTCB, GRT,GTH, and FEI tokens.

Second, Select your From Chain and To Chain. I selected From Chain Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and To chain is Polygon. I wanted to Bridge $232.3 USDT from BSC to Polygon. I end up receiving $231.55 USDT on Polygon. You might need to add USDT Polygon address to Metamask Polygon wallet under import tokens. Copy the Polygon USDT contract address from Coinmarketcap and insert under import tokens. Metamask will automatically detect it as USDT.

Third, Select the amount you want to Bridge. My case I wanted to Swap $232.32 USDT. I enter full amount by click Max. You need to be in From Chain which is Binance Smart Chain (BSC). In this this default swap, tokens are transferred from same BSC to Polygon network. You can click on Advance option and specify to a different Polygon address instead of current address. Click Approve USDT. This will require $0.08 in BNB gas fees. After Metamask transcations is approved in Binance Smart Chain (BSC), procede to real Swap step.

Fourthly, Click the Swap USDT to confirm actual swap. You confirm this Swap with BNB few cents of gas at 0.000647 BNB. Wait for this transaction is confirmed in Biance SMart Chain with MetaMask popup. Please do not close this tab while the transaction is in progress. If you do, you will need to open up xpollinate again to manually claim your transaction. Your transfer will automatically end up at your destination address once it is picked up and propagated by Connext's network. You can track its progress above or onConnextScan.

Fifth, You need to claim your tokens with clicking Claiming Funds. You need to sign in wallet to claim the funds. Click in the view transaction on top right. You will see your latest transaction status as fulfilling. It might take up to 10 minutes to change to Fulfilled.

Sixth, switch to destination chain Polygon on Metamask. I can now see $231.55 USDT on my Polygon network. This confirm the Bridge is complete.
