Here are the 11 steps to participate on IDO Process. Step 1: sign up for account on Finminity.finance with your personal email. During the sign up process you certify that your are not a US citizen. Step 2: login to account using your credential token that was sent to your personal email on step 1. Step 3: click agree to token buying agreement. Click Agree to all and click Start Contributing. Step 4: Update your profile under Edit Profile. Once you do all the changes in the profile, click Save. Step 5: To set up your IDO allocation and other details, click on Settings. You will see all the options. Step 6: Click on My Wallet. Set up your wallet address. Copy the wallet address from Metamask and paste it under Enter your wallet address. Click Save. Step 7: In order to see current IDOs my Tiers on the left. Select the up comming IDO. In my case is One Ring. Click submit. Here are the Eligibility Rules for One Ring:

Your FMT token holding (ETH + BEP combined) must not be void for any day during the qualifying period. Otherwise, your final tier will be marked as 'Disqualified' and you can not participate in our Events.
Your final eligibility tier for this company is based on the snapshot criteria shared in the Finminity's social media handles (Telegram, Twitter, Medium).
Individual Tier holding criteria:
    Bronze Tier - holding up to 500 tokens.
    Silver Tier - holding more than 500 and upto 2000 tokens
    Gold Tier - holding more than 2000 tokens

With current FMT toke sitting at $0.13, Bronze Tier is like $63.67 (for 500 FTM tokens) and Gold Tier is $254 with 2001 FMT token. You need to stake per project Tier requirements before the project cut off date that is annouced projects official in Telegram, twitter or medium blogs.

Step 8: You need to do KYC. Note: Due to KYC requirements, USA and Chinese users cannot join this IDO platform. For the KYC if you are on accepted countries, you can submit drivers license, national ID or passport for verification along with a selfie. After your KYC is approved can be in the approved white list.

Step 9: After KYC approved you will see initial payment button. Once the One Ring Finance contribution period start, this initial payment will be come active.

Step 10: Fund the Private sale IDO with USD, CoinGate, bank or Card. Click Next.

Step 11: Once the transcation is done, you can check it in the My Portfolio tab.
