As in the example above, if you stake 100 ADA for the entire 10 epochs, you will receive 5 AADA. Staking Rewards;

During the ISPO 100% of the stake rewards will go to Aada development. For each staked ADA for full epoch, you get 0.005 AADA per ADA per epoch.

You can how much stake bonus staking pool is receiving using their ISPO reward table calculator. I provide the links to it below. All you need is enter the stake_key for the pool. You can also get the community bonus as well. It tells you reward bonus per Epoc as well. As you can see it diminishes with epoch over time. Remember Epoc is 5 days.
