How Invest in AutoFarm Yield Aggregator on Fantom 500% APY USDC FRAX Stablecoin Risk Free Almost

I will show you how to invest in AutoFarm Yield Aggregator on Fantom 500% APY USDC-FRAX Stablecoin Pair almost Risk Free. Autofarm was initiated on BNB Chain with no pre-farm, no pre-sales and with the goal of optimizing DeFi users' yield farming at the lowest possible cost (All APY & APRs shown have already included fees). Annual Percentage Rate (APR) refers to the simple interest accrued from a particular investment over a 1 year period. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) refers to the compounded interest accrued from a particular investment over a 1 year period. APY reflects more accurately the expected yearly returns of that investment. Bread and butter of Autofarm is their auto compounding Vaults. AutoFarm Vaults is a yield optimizer platform focused on providing DeFi users with auto-compounded yields at empirical optimal intervals, whilst pooling gas costs through battle-tested smart contract code and best-in-class yield optimizing strategies. Autofarm uses a proprietary dynamic harvesting optimizer to enable the highest APYs on our vaults. Autofarm Swap only support BNB, Cronos, Polygon and Avalauche. I would hesitant to use Yield aggregator as Swap because of very high slippage during the swap.

Next, Lets get to actual investing in AutoFarm liquidity pair. Go to Autofarm.network. Select your network of choice. I chose Fantom because I love the lower gas fees and very high yields. I am sure there are other chains that have high yields. I choice Vaults this where the interest is auto compounded. Click on APY and sort from higher to lower APY. I usually stay away fro those tomb fork tokens even though they offer very high APY, those tokens keep go down in value. You will experience very high impermance loss. I came across USDC-FRAX LP from Spirit with TVL of $1.1 Million and APY of 587%. Since FRAX and USDC both are stable coin, this is a great investment. In this exercise I am investing $29 each USDC and FRAX to 50-50% pool. Click Add Liquidity. Pick Max FRAX and corresponding USDC will be picked. If you do not have FRAX, I suggest you go to a very high liquidity DEX such as SpritSwap to Swap USDC into FRAX. Click Create LP. If you are doing this for the first time, you need to Approve both token pairs. I click approve FRAX. Then Click approve USDC and pair gas fee in fantom. You pay Fantom Gas to approve the pairs. Then Deposit USDC and FRAX. This will deposit USDC and FRAX. You are not done yet. secondly, you need to Deposit USDC-FRAX LP. First you need to Approve the Deposit of LP tokens. Then again click Deposit to deposit LP tokens. After you deposit successfully in the blockchain, you can see your breakdown & projection of funds. For 1D I will have $57.77. For 1 week $57.85. My total in 1 year will be $63.03. following are the Fees on Autofarm. Controller fee=0.4% on profits to controller. Platform fee =0.5% on profits to platform. Entrance fee =less than 0.1% on capital to pool. Withdrawal fee =none. Fee to AUTO staking vault is 2.5% on profits.

Risk and Rewards: There is no risk of impermance loss with Stablecoin LP pool where both coins are stable coin. Only risk you take is smart contract risk by Underlying Sprit where the LP tokens are generated as well as the Autofarm that does the auto compounding. This is a great way to have my holding of crypto grow over 500% year-over-year. Look up Defisafety score from defisafety.com/pqrs. It is only 47% which is at risky side.
