Engines Fire on Scale Model of NASA's SLS Rocket | Space Video

More space news and info at: http://www.coconutsciencelab.com - this was a sound test done to see how low and high frequency sound waves will affect the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket on the launch pad.

A 5-percent scale model, including solid rocket motors, was used and data collected from the tests will be used to help direct and verify the design of the rocket's sound suppression system.
