Skyrim SE - Ground Meshes - adding some fancy touches

In hopes of helping answer a question, by Nexus user: dlitt17, I have tried to show a process of making ground meshes a little bit fancy. While not wanting to recreate the wheel so to speak, using a very simple method and expanding slightly on it.
