Progress on the updates to the Clockwork Tot Weapons Factory

Extending accomodations while integrating a self contained crafting system and upgrade path for the Clockwork Tot items. This is part of an effort to not clog and jam every crafting station in Tamriel, while keeping the items obtainable in game thru "semi immersive" methods.

The Armors are sorted by type into their own system, while the weapons are on the benches - many decor items are custom made as I learn to make things from scratch, while many are also re-arranegemnts of existing imported models.

Also added vendor functionality to the Tinker :):)
