Clockwork Tot Weapons Factory - Update Release

Clockwor Tot Weapons Factory Extension, finaly am able to release the extension, giving a much needed extra space "hang out" area. A relatively large area, furnished with TV, lounge area, charging docks (for the Automata) and custom crafting stations, to unclutter vanilla game stations, and maintain crafting for ease of obtaining the items.

Many many small effects upgrades, and some very neat items implemented.
