Jameco Isolation Transformer fail

Jameco Isolation Transformer delivered today with a dent on the primary side shield. Note: Where I discuss making an isolation transformer from two identical transformers, I should have been a bit more specific. There are transformers where the coils are "stacked" on the core center with the primary on bottom and secondary on top. It is generally much easier and safer to buy a transformer that suites your needs. The audio compression is slightly off. It isn't really noticed until the I probe the transformer.
