Learn to Remove Background Noise in 2 Minutes while Recording in OBS

An extremely brief tutorial on how you can improve your audio quality by adding in a noise suppression filter to OBS while you record or stream.

If your microphone has audio pickup pattern modes, cardioid is good for cutting down on noise coming from behind the microphone. Keeping the microphone relatively close to you when you speak also helps.

Note that as the video demonstrates, it's hard to completely remove loud noises with software alone. Using a quieter recording environment (doors / windows shut ~ living in the middle of nowhere ~ etc) will help as well.
