Arm Thumb Lesson 2 - Addressing modes and rotation

Arm Thumb has a reduced instruction set compared to ARM, and one of the things that has suffered is the addressing modes. We have more limited options, and the barrel shifter is no longer available as part of addressing - we now have stand alone rotation commands... lets check them out!
