Running MS-DOS 6.22 on an AMD DUAL-CORE and GTX 650?!

Dug up a working old Seagate drive and it has MS-DOS 6.22 on it. What happens when we plug it into my AM2 dual-core and GTX 650 machine lying around? We play games, in silence, but we play games.
