5 Second Cadence Timer With Countdown 12RPM

This is a 5-second cadence timer with a 10-second countdown. The 5-second cadence is repeated for 30 minutes. There is a counter that counts the reps per minute (which is 12 reps per minute), a timer that counts down the minute, and a timer that counts down the 30 minutes.
