An attempt at making cheez-it was made. I tried using pork rinds to replace the flour that's traditionally used.

Cheese Its 8 Oz Sharp Cheddar 2 Oz Pork Rinds
- Shred all of the cheddar cheese and place into a food processor along with your pork rinds. Blend this on low for about 2 minutes or until a cheesy looking dough starts to form.
- Lay this dough down onto a parchment line baking sheet and place another sheet on top. Press down with a flat pan until uniformly ¼ inch thick.
- Place into oven at 300°F for 21 minutes.
