Quick Tip #15 - Updating the BIOS

In this video I show you how to update the BIOS on an ASUS motherboard. While this process is similar for motherboards made in recent years, your motherboard BIOS update process may vary. Consult the directions from your motherboard manufacturer. If you're uncertain or uneasy about updating the motherboard BIOS, then I recommend that you DON'T do yourself.

You can locate and download the latest BIOS for your motherboard directly from the manufacturer (some example links below - use Google to find your manufacturers support page if necessary or refer to your owners manual.)
