1983 - My Very First Program!
CSharpner
Just for fun... Me re-writing the very FIRST computer program I ever wrote on my own computer (not counting computer class in 1982). This BASIC program came on the Franklin Ace 1000 Master boot disk. From that, I took it apart and learned how it worked and grew from there. It's a ridiculously simple program, but incorporates a lot of fundamental concepts like variables, loops, program flow, and graphics. And back in that time, each line in the BASIC program had a line number.
I'll award you 8 bits if you can tell me what name "BASIC" stands for in the comments!
This is running the Apple ][GS emulator software, GSPlus. It's a fork of Kegs.
