I finally bought myself a Mini Lathe, more precisely a SIEG SC2 form Paulimot, which is perfect for my basement workshop. Since I haven't been using a lathe for ages, I thought, machining a 3D printer nozzle from brass might be a perfect learning project with challenging features like a 400um orifice bore. I'll walk you through the whole machining process and we'll cut one open to take a look on the inside as well as compare the print result with a genuine E3D nozzle!
