How to Install PlexWatch and PlexWatchWeb for the Plex Media Server

Finally, a full tutorial on how to install the Plexwatch Add-on for the Plex Media Server on Windows! Files needed are listed below.

Side note, when I was recording the config file edits, I accidentally edited the Linux file rather than the windows one, so it might look a little different. Rest assured though, the process is still the same.

Hopefully I didn't miss or mess anything up. I can say that making this video took a long time, in fact it was the most amount of time I have ever spent on a single video!
