Thanks. The final code to blink the LED is developed on this tutorial. The BSRR (Bit Set/Reset Register) is utilized to set the output pin to on (setting the pin) and the BRR (Bit Reset Register) is used to turn the LED off (Reset the pin). A delay function is also programmed to provide a delay between the LED on and off state.
