R Markdown to make HTML Wiki's with Tabbed pages

Yet another great use case for RMarkdown is its friendliness with HTML to produce dynamic documentation and knowledge repositories.
I have used these wiki type setups to know only take a large collection of notes on a topic but also for multi page reporting.
