Why TypeScript Is Just Plain Better Than JavaScript (2019)

When you first start doing frontend web development most people will start with JavaScript but in 2019 that's not the option that's is available. Whilst learning JavaScript is still incredibly important another option is TypeScript which is basically just the modern EcmaScript standard plus types and there's plenty of benefit that comes from working with a strongly typed language.
