Suckless Terminal: Bind Shortcuts To Simulate Key Press Sequence
Brodie Robertson | Linux Tips & Tricks
Initially st the Suckless Terminal is missing a lot of basic features, one of those basic features is the ability to bind a shortcut to output any sequence of keys. If you've never used this feature before you might not know why this is useful but say for example you have a terminal application that doesn't allow a certain key to be bound to, for example ctrl+/ in vim so instead you could bind a command in vim to something like ++ and then bind ctrl+/ in your terminal to output ++.
